humans. The most heart-breaking of all is that many
sea turtles have died due to being entangled in plastic

recent years and so as sharks. It seems that no matter
how much the green groups have done, humans keep

It was my fi rst time to join a fi eld trip to a foreign
country organized by the school. I am glad about
my decision to join the tour as it turned out to be an
unforgettable experience.
Once I arrived at Bali Airport, I was already under
the impression that Bali was a more amiable place
than Hong Kong. In contrast to the modern design of
Hong Kong International Airport, Bali Airport looked
traditional with much greenery which made me feel
comfortable. Also, people in Bali were really nice as
they always greeted you with a smile. Their lifestyle
was different from ours too. Their pace of living was
much slower, which I enjoyed very much. I would like

Mount Batur, a volcano with a height of 1717 metres, is the place I like most. We cannot fi nd a volcano

regret if I did not give it a try. The scenery on the top of the volcano is simply stunning. Feeling that
everything was under me, I was submerged in a satisfaction that was unparalleled. Exploring the forest
In this trip, I tried a lot of things that couldn't have been done in
Hong Kong such as experiencing the Ubud culture and visiting the
Tegallalang Rice Terraces and Mount Batur, enriching my knowledge in
different domains such as biology and geography. After all, what's better
than learning by reading? By experiencing, of course.
