“Everything is Physics, as long as you understand Reasons why we love Science:
the language.” • We get to wear cool lab coats
• We get to look at mistakes scientists made in the
(Christy Chu) past and laugh at them
• We get to call ourselves “budding scientists”
• We get to call ourselves “future Nobel Laureates”
• We get to blow things up i.e. make rapid
exothermic reactions
• We can look through microscopes like in CSI
• We grow stuff on petri dishes like in CSI
• We dissect stuff like in CSI
• We love CSI! (even though it’s “inaccurate”)
• We can impress people with complex scientific
terms for example “Wow that looks like a double-
helical deoxyribonucleic acid undergoing the
polymerase chain reaction catalysed by helicase
and Taq polymerase from Thermus aquaticus!"

Science, especially Physics, has helped expand my
knowledge about electricity. Its something we cannot
live without and so complex to really understand.
