Ball Hockey

As a senior defender for the ball hockey team,
I have overseen the development of our team
from my first year in Year 7. In the five seasons
I’ve participated, I have observed the potential
of our young players and their passion for the
sport. Through blood, sweat and tears, the
talented players showed extreme dedication
and commitment to strive and become some
of the best players on the team.

The 2019 run for the ISSFHK Champion title
was a real challenge for us. After the season’s
playoffs, we came in third overall out of eight
competing schools in the mixed league.
We were disappointed and devastated to
admit our defeat against the schools, but our
passion for the sport never faded. Our players
have continued to show their support for the
sport by joining leagues outside of our school
and continued to improve their skills and fulfil
their aspirations. We may not have won this
season, but I’m proud and privileged to be a
part of the team.
