Fernvale Primary School

This year, we welcomed P5 students and teachers from Fernvale Primary School during their visit
from Singapore. It was such an honour to host them and we all had an awesome day! First, we shared
the history of Hong Kong with our new friends. Then, we all had a great time playing games like Tic-tac-
toe, Let’s Harvest and Cup Stacker Relay. With the ice well and truly broken, we all played dodgebee

together ensuring the playground was full of screams, laughter, excitement and joy! If only time could
have stood still, so we could have enjoyed more time playing together! After the game, it was time for
snacks, so of course we shared some of Hong Kong’s culinary treasures with our new friends: egg
waffles, fish balls, egg tarts, siu mai, milk tea and chrysanthemum tea! Everything was wolfed down in an
instant! For both parties, it was a great occasion and one which got a big thumbs up from everyone was
lucky enough to experience it.
