                        Obesity And Keeping Fit

             A lot of teenagers are overweight because they eat a lot of junk food either at
          school or at home. It is alarming that they eat a lot of unhealthy snacks like sweets,
          sausages and soft drinks. Some of the food they eat are sugar-filled desserts and
          fried food.
             Keeping a normal body weight is the way to good health. Teenagers have to
          check the amount of calories daily and set a balanced diet for themselves. They
          should eat fresh fruit and whole wheat meals at lunch and dinner. They should eat
          less junk food and do more exercise. Therefore, their health can be improved and
          maintain an ideal weight.
             Teachers can teach students what nutrients different food items contain and
          how to choose healthy food. Students can keep a food diary with the help of their
          parents. Students can write down everything they eat and drink in a diary. They
          should be careful with what they eat. They can try to give up some bad habits and
          improve their diets.
             It is important for teenagers to exercise every day and eat healthy food.
