The Sports and

Arts Building Opening Ceremony

Thankful to God that the Opening Ceremony of Sports and Arts
Building on 22 November 2018 marked the historical milestone for
WFJLPS. The opening of the new building served to witness a new era of
school development. This implies that WFJLPS can have more flexibilities
in resource management as well as organising any future school
improvement measures. What a warm blessing for us! Dr. Joseph Lee , the School Supervisor

Having received very positive feedbacks from our guests and all
participants who attended the ceremony, it was evident that the Opening
Ceremony was a great success! That day was a sunny day and we were
honoured to have a very important honourable guest to officiate the
ceremony. The Honourable Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, GBM, GBS,
JP, Chief Secretary for Administration, delivered a keynote speech. He
shared his vision on how schools like WFJLPS could make best use of
government resources to promote quality education and how all-rounded The Honourable Matthew Cheung Kin-
education as well as student potentials could be adequately released and chung with our Supervisor and Principal
developed. His Eminence Cardinal John Tong Hon led all audience to
pray and conducted the blessing services for the Sports and Arts Building.

The Sports and Arts Building not only serves as a communal
space for schools in the community, but also a platform for facilities and
resources sharing. Above all, we hope that this building can convey a
positive message to the community: Through mutual help and sharing, we
can nurture the talents of the new generations, who will then contribute to
