Just Do It

I started to practise triathlon because
of my younger brother. Five years
ago, he took up triathlon. Every time
I accompanied him to training, I
saw all the participants enjoying the
game. Even when they got punished
by the coach, they never gave up. I
appreciated this kind of spirit. That was
why I joined the triathlon club.

Now I have practised triathlon for over
3 years. Triathlon is a multi-sport race
with running, swimming and cycling.
This event is so demanding because
you need to finish all three kinds of
sports without rest during the race.
