Mental Health First Aid Training
        The Mental Health First Aid Training consisted
        of three parts. The first part was held in
        collaboration with Belilios Public School, with
        sessions taking place on 20 September and
        11 October 2025 at Queen’s College. A total of
        34 students from our school and 15 students
        from Belilios Public School participated.           Role-play activities to practise the ALGEE action plan

        and  role  plays,  the  participants
        gained a deeper understanding of
        various mental disorders and their
        symptoMs They also mastered the
        ‘ALGEE’ action plan, which provides
        a framework for supporting others
        in managing their mental health.

       S1 Subject Talk
       To help S1 students prepare for the Half-yearly
       Examination, a series of subject talks were organised
       by the Counselling Team from 8 to 12 December
       2025. In the five sessions, S5 students shared
       study methods and revision strategies for various
       subjects with S1 students. These peer-sharing
       sessions provided S1 students with practical tips and
       motivation for their upcoming exaMs




                                   S1 Eldpathy

                                   Facilitated by the social enterprise Eldpathy, an
                                   Eldpathy workshop was organised on 21 January
                                   2026. 15 S1 students wore elderly simulation
                                   suits to explore the physical and mental changes
                                   associated with aging and experience the daily
                                   lives of the elderly. This immersive experience
                                   allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of the
                                   physical and psychological needs of senior citizens,
                                   thereby developing greater empathy towards the

        Teachers-Peer Counsellors and Counselling Prefects Meetings
        Regular meetings were held during lunchtime from October 2025 to February
        2026. During these sessions, peer counsellors and counselling prefects
        shared their experiences and the challenges they faced in leading their
        groups. Teachers and social workers provided guidance and constructive
        feedback, allowing students to learn effective methods and skills to manage
        their group sons during group meetings. This ongoing support enhanced their
        performance and confidence in their roles.
