Enjoy Okinawa! A Wonderful Trip To Japan

S.4 The Champion 4B (6) Wong Hoi Ying

It was the fi rst day. I had been expecti ng this day for a long ti me. We went
to Okinawa as Student Ambassadors to Japan.

We arrived at Okinawa airport at 9:00
a.m. The weather was sunny. After we
put down our luggage, we had breakfast
at a ramen restaurant. I ordered ramen
with spare ribs. It tasted very delicious. If
you go to Okinawa, you must try it! Aft er
that, we went to the Okinawa Churaumi
Aquarium. The Shark Restaurant Lab is a must-see place. We saw
many rare Shark species there. The next must-see place we visited
was the coral tank. The coral there was colourful and beauti ful.

Aft erwards, we had lunch at a cafe. I had gyoza and miso soup. Aft er the lunch, we
went to rent bicycles and cycled to the Okinawa Temple. The Okinawa Temple was
set in the village. Near the temple, there was a kimono shop, so we went there and
rented a kimono. We dressed in kimono and went to the village and walked around.
The scenery of the village was wonderful. It is a must-see locati on if you travel there.

At night, we went to soak ourselves in a hot spring. It was very
comfortable. Aft er the hot spring
bath, we took part in a Japanese
tea ceremony. It was very
authenti c and genuine.

I thought wearing kimonos was a very special experience.
Although I felt very ti red, I was sati sfi ed. Tonight I would go
to sleep early because I needed the strength to do more
sight-seeing tomorrow.
