We all lined-up straight while riding on the roads. Even coach drivers
praised us for our good work.
Discussing the best way…......

For this Life-wide Learning Programme, I went cycling in the
rural areas of Taiwan. There are several things that I would
like to share with you all. On the day when my classmates
and I cycled Yilan, it was always raining, however, we still
enjoyed the views. It was a great experience for us to learn
to work together and to respect one another. First, let me
talk about how I learnt to respect my teammates. Each
morning, we needed to get our bicycles from the shop and
decide our routes for the day, and who will lead us. Through
this process, we needed to listen to everyone’s suggestions
We all were happy riding bicycles in Taiwan. and therefore learn to respect our leader and each other.
Now, I would like to share a few things about teamwork. Every day before
we set off, our teachers gave us a map so we could find the way by
ourselves. Sometimes we would get lost. That’s the time when we showed
our team spirit. If anyone got lost, our teammates would help him or her
find the right direction, and if a teammate got hurt, we all would help him
or her immediately.
On this trip, I visited many places like the museum and train station. I liked
the museum a lot because we could learn more about the local culture.
Gado was very good at bicycle
maintenance. After we visited it, we needed to walk back to the train station; we were
all extremely tired. Last, but not the least, I felt pleased to be a member of
this trip. I hope that I can join a trip like this, again.
A Student took a photo of the beautiful scenery.
