We should be kind and considerate to the people around us at all times and let’s learn how to behave
well at public places.
A cinema is a place where we enjoy watching cartoons, comedies, dramas and survival game movies. We need to keep
quiet while we are watching movies. It would be polite to be quiet. We should turn off all devices to make sure everyone
won’t be disturbed. Always be considerate to others. We should eat and drink quietly so we won’t disturb others. We
shouldn’t talk loudly on the phone. The staff may request you politely to turn off the device. We should not record the
movie on camera and post it on Youtube. It would be a copyright violation on YouTube.
A classroom is where every school has lessons. In a classroom, you can learn different subjects. We should sit down
properly on our chairs because putting your legs on the desks will make the desk dirty and you could kick someone. We
should pay attention in class always. We shouldn’t run around the classroom. It is impolite to do that.
When we are at a train station, we should line up to get on the train. We should give our seats to people in need. They
would say ‘Thank you’. We shouldn’t rush to sit on the seats pushing the elderly. It would be rude. We shouldn’t eat or
drink on the train. It would make the train dirty and smelly. We shouldn’t talk loudly on the phone. It may disturb others.
Remember these rules and always be kind and considerate to people around us.

We should behave well in public places such as bus stops, trains and libraries.
Many people go to work or to school by bus. When we are at the bus stop, we shouldn’t jump the
queue because it is rude. Instead, we should wait patiently and line up. We should be polite.
People also travel to other places by train. When the train arrives, we shouldn’t push our way into the train because it is
dangerous and others may fall. Instead, we should let passengers exit first. When we are on the train, we shouldn’t talk
loudly on our phone because we may disturb others. Instead, we should talk softly so others can enjoy the ride. Also, we
should offer our seats to those who need them. Please be considerate.
People borrow books in the library. When we are in the library, we shouldn’t read loudly. Instead, we should read quietly.
We should also mute our devices so we don’t disturb others. We shouldn’t eat or drink in the library because it makes
the library dirty. We should keep the library clean.
We should have good behaviour in public places. If everyone behaves well, we will be happy.

Dear Editor,
People often read books in the library. Some people behave very badly in the library. I’d like to suggest
some ways to stop people from behaving badly.
When people eat in the library, it makes the library dirty. I suggest we put ‘No Eating’ signs in the library.
When children play loudly in the library, it disturbs others because it is noisy. I suggest we put ‘No playing’ or ‘Keep
Quiet’ signs.
I think everybody should be considerate so we can keep the library clean.
