Gifted Education
PPCCW - Get Set Goals
In order to equip all SFA students to be our future leaders, we would like to strengthen the essential
competencies of being an effective leader with the unique acronym “P-P-C-C-W”, created by our beloved alumni
and teachers.
Throughout the primary education at SFA, we would like our students to focus on one
element each year. For example, our Primary One students are expected to be more
PROACTIVE. With the collaboration of teachers and parents, students are guided to
set goals both at home and at school. Students are coached to set goals that are “just
right” for them – not too difficult or too easy to achieve.
We Are All Different. Through setting goals, we would be more aware of ourselves,
knowing our personal strengths and weaknesses. When we work towards our goals, we
are all PROACTIVELY taking a step closer to be an effective future leader.
