Red

Hello! To all of Red House: We as house
captains, Ralphie, and Kiu Nga, are
truly grateful for everyone’s enthusiasm,
participation and house spirit this year. Even
though Red House has not done very well
in terms of house points and events, we
hope that you all retain the fiery passion and
confidence that our house is known for. As
Maya Angelou says, “We may encounter many
defeats but we must not be defeated.” We
hope that you will all continue to do your best,
enjoy yourselves in house events and wear
your house color with pride! RED ROCKS!

Yellow

Over the years, houses tend to fluctuate from
being first to last and although this year may not
have been our brightest of years, that only means
we need to push further. We must continue to
make strides, following up on our accomplishments
this year: such as grabbing second in both Battle
of Books and Sciences as well as not finishing
fourth for cheerleading for the first time in three
years! It is easy to be discouraged, but often it
those battles won off the backs of gradual, hard-
fought progress that taste the sweetest.
