Looking Closely

細心觀察

Upon our investigation into Victoria Harbour we discovered that the water
was full of all kinds of pollutants such as rubbish and oil. We searched for the
source and realised that many of the boats were the cause, and one of those
boats was the Star Ferry. It was leaking fuel into the sea and people were
throwing rubbish out of the windows.

我們運用了「聯繫互動」的思考模式，深入觀察維多利亞港 ，探究海港系統內部的
關聯性，發現海港中「組件」與「人」之間的互動對海港的影響。而天星小輪在航行
時洩漏燃油於海中，乘客從窗戶拋垃圾進海裏都是導致海港中充斥着垃圾與油污的原
由之一。

Exploring Complexity

深入探究

We decided to solve this problem by designing a new Star
Ferry which would reduce the amount of pollution it would
create. We brainstormed some ideas about how to make an
environmentally friendly ferry.

我們會運用換位思考，代入在海港的系統中，並且嘗試感受不論
是海洋生物或是人們面對水污染時的困擾。最後決定從燃油和垃
圾方面着手，商討如何解決這些問題，然後共同設計一艘既環保
又安全的天星小輪。
