       Representatives from our school
       participated in the 2025/26 “Caring
       for the Nation” Inter-school National
       Education Activities Launch Ceremony,
       which was organised by the Education
       Bureau.

                                                    The Steering Committee for National Security Education and
                                                    Putonghua Department co-organised the “Putonghua Ancient
                                                    Chinese Technology Carnival” 「普通話古代科技嘉年華」. The
                                                    event featured various experiential booths, including spinning
                                                    wheels, papermaking, traditional Chinese medicine, sundials,
                                                    tie-dyeing, and catapults, to enhance students’ understanding
                                                    of ancient Chinese technology. To further enrich students’
                                                    cultural and sensory experiences, a TCM clinic photo-taking
                                                    area with props was set up alongside stalls serving traditional
                                                    folk snacks, such as dragon’s beard candies and glutinous rice
                                                    balls.

         18 November 2025 and 2 February 2026

        The Steering Committee for National Security Education,
        Reading To learn Team, Library, Chinese Language Education
        Key Learning Area, STEAM Education Team, and Tea Club co-
        organised a cross-disciplinary event titled “Fragrant Book &
        Tea Bar”「書香茶吧」. Staff and students made excellent use
        of their lunch hour to explore a themed book fair and sample
        creative Chinese fruit teas in the school hall. This multi-sensory
        fusion allowed participants to experience the aesthetics of
        daily life more comprehensively, thereby cultivating their
        interest in reading, encouraging physical and mental relaxation,
        and helping them maintain a sense of inner peace.              Fragrant Book & Tea Bar






                                                               18 December 2025

                                                              The  “QC Master Chef Competition” 「QC廚神
                                                              爭霸戰」,  a  Chinese  culinary  contest,  was  held.
                                                              Nine students formed three teams to compete
                                                              by cooking Chinese dishes on-site. The judging
                                                              panel included the Principal, Assistant Principals,
                                                              parents, and the previous QC Master Chef, creating
                                                              a lively atmosphere. The event deepened students’
                                                              understanding of the essence of diverse regional
                                                              culinary cultures across China.
