All in all, the trip to Cheung Po Tsai Cave was so interesting, and I’ve definitely

teamwork spirit and were willing to try all out to help me.

One Day Piging out in Cheung Chau

                                           Our school organized a one-day
                                           educational tour to Cheung Chau
Island last week. But as far as I was
                                           concerned, this trip was nothing
but a good chance to try gourmet.
There are plenty of delicacies which
will make you unforgettable. Let me
share with you my one-day tour in
                                           Cheung Chan.

The first place that we visited was the Cheung Po Tsai Cave. Cheung Po Tsai
was a legendary pirate in South China Seas in the 18th century. Cheung Po
Tsai had hidden some valuable treasures in the cave. It is quite difficult to pass
through the narrow and dark cave, but you might as well kill time in a fun way.
The view outside Cheung Po Tsai Cave is incredible. It is indeed a very special
experience to visit this tourist attraction.

After that, we had lunch in a traditional Cantonese seafood restaurant. We
tried stir-fried clams with chili, steamed garlic pawns, and deep-fried squid.
All the dishes were so fresh and tasty, whereas the dish I liked most was the
          deep fried oyster cake. It
          was made of starch, eggs,
          and a few oysters, and
          served with Thai sweet and
          sour sauce. Its taste was
          so amazing that I would
          strongly recommend it to
          anyone who wants to visit
          Cheung Chau. I’m sure they
          will not be disappointed
          with it.
