Film Synopsis –

Hunger Games, Mockingjay Part 2

I recently watched a film called, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2. It’s
the last film in the Hunger Games movie series. It is all about how District 13 fights
against the Capitol.
Katniss Everdeen (heroine) is the Mockingjay and
encourages all the soldiers in the rebellion. The people in
this world all live in different districts and she is trying to
convince them to turn their weapons against the Capitol and
President Snow (villain). She teams up with other soldiers
and fellow past winners of the hunger games to invade the
Capitol.
The traps that the Capitol has set have killed some of her teammates. I felt
awful when Finnick, a past winner of the games, was killed by the mutts (genetically
created beasts) because other than the three main
characters, he is my favourite. He also recently
just got married and had a son, yet he died early.
Katniss’s sister Primrose also died in the film because
District 13 released bombs into a crowd. So Katniss
killed the leader of District 13, President Coin, after
the war was over. She was then sent back to her
home, District 12. Surprisingly, Peeta, another main
character, was also there. So they lived together
happily ever after. They even had two babies together
as well!
I loved this story although so many people
died. The way that the writers wrote the script was
actually very good. They made the audience feel sad
when someone dies, but they also made you feel happy at the end. I thought the
actresses and actors were also very good. They really expressed their desperation
